| Recap: | The Washington, DC Winter League came to an exciting finish Saturday afternoon as teams battled for the title of DC Winter League Champs and a spot in the MDBP Hall of Fame. Carlton Banks swept through the winner's bracket and had little contest in the finals either, claiming the crown in a 3 cup defeat over Team Extreme. In third place was newly formed Luck Box who made it to the winner's bracket finals only to fall short to the champs and then lose again in the loser's bracket finals. In 4th place was the rookie team Fuck Yeah Jimmy! who made an impressive run the whole day only to lose to CBanks and Team Extreme. In the 5th-6th match up I Aint Sayin Nothin reigned over Jimbo's Fisher to secure the last qualifying spot for States. For the complete results and bracket, check out the tournament page.
