WBPT AC Qualifier 1-on-1 Tournament

| Recap: | Yesterday's WBPT AC Qualifier 1-on-1 Tournament in Canton will be remembered for a long time. In his first 6 months of competitive action, Earl "The Squirrel" Smith earned his first tournament victory as he took down the defending 1-on-1 state champion, Kessler, in the finals. In 3rd place was Mantis who ended is twelve game losing streak against A-Train en route to a winners bracket final berth. In 4th place was Virginia's own Thomas Reap who was making his Maryland 1-on-1 debut. In the 5th-6th match, Jordan McAllister defeated Tom Zink and Deryck "The Dream" Weaver and Brian Rankin settled for a 7th place tie. Check out the complete results on the tournament page.
