It was anyone's tournament coming into the Federal Hill Fall League championships. When the dust settled it was the throwback Dixie Normous who won their first tournament together since November of 2007. In the finals, they met the 301 powerhouse Urinal Cakes who they defeated in the winners bracket final. In 3rd place was Tighter Than Your Little Sister who defeated 4th place Organized Chaos. We had a great turn out this past Saturday in Bethesda at The Barking Dog where teams competed to qualify for five of the last remaining spots into the 2010 Maryland State Beer Pong Championships™. It's halfway through the NFL season already. It seems like only yesterday that B Rank was above .500 in his picks.
If we've learned anything from this season, it's that we can pick any scrub off the street and chances are they will pick just as well as B Rank. He's much better at picking partners to steal than NFL games. But what a tremendous competitor!
