As I stood next to Ryan McAllister and Earl on Sunday afternoon, I glanced over at the four tables next to theirs. There was Mantis and Carty, getting thoroughly woodshedded by Reap and another guy. There was Austin and Deryck, who were in the midst of losing the first game of the series they would go on to win. I couldn't really see what was going on in Jamie and Jordan's game, but I saw Foster and Durkee struggling at the end table. I had no idea how each series would end, or in what order,...
By Mitch: I'm sure that everyone remembers their first time, whether it happened at some hotel in Vegas or at a Ramada in East Hanover, New Jersey. Well here's the story of my first time...
As many of you already know for all intents and purposes I've long since retired from competitive beer pong, aka anyone that seriously...
It was August 20th, 2010 at 12:01am. A minute past the deadline. 60 seconds of flagrant disrespect, and it wasn't going to stand. He had been fair enough, he gave them a chance. No more chances, not for them, not anymore. Now it's time for action, justified, swift and cutting. Exactly what they deserve. The man was Dino Zaffina, and the offense was that the southern california darts association had posted his name on their website without including his middle initial. Delinquents! No, there wasn't another Dino Zaffina people might confuse him with, it's a matter of disrespect by not...
The Beast of the East has finally arrived.
After months of arguing, betrayal, lobbying, practice and suspensions, the time has finally arrived to put all those experiences to the test. For some of you, you may end up questioning why you asked a certain player to play on your team. For others, you may end up questioning why you chose to play on the team you did. People will be overly applauded for their wins, or unfairly blamed for their losses. Considering the volatile nature in how some of our Maryland teams were formed, I expect a certain amount of...

In the night's consolation match, Black and Red defeated GOOT to take 5th place. Check out the complete results...

It had been two long years since since a Maryland team had even reached the finals of the Maryland Spring Classic, but this year Urinal Cakes ended that streak by stream rolling the competition and winning the $1,000 top prize with their perfect 10-0 record. They shot a 1-misser in the finals against Dontchu Worry Bout Us, representing New Jersey (video). Another notable out-of-state team, Bangerang (NJ/VA), took 3rd place honors after losing twice to the runners-up. Table Heist put together an impressive run by advancing to the winner's bracket semis and ending up in 4th...
